[WF-Protocols] Design Goals

Hello all,

	As the requirements for this Open 3D Model Format are not very clear,
and being true that we can't advance much without having clear goals in
mind, I've written down a quick list of requirements for comments.

Design Goals

	* A format for interchange of model data. The main criteria of decision
should be interchangeability.

	* Must be free, open and extensible. Extensions should be ignored by
applications which don't understand them.

	* To be used on rendering engines and model tools. Specifically, it is
not intended for complex editors.
